Furniture Returns/Exchange
* Furniture may exchange if has not been delivered and not installed.
* Any manufacturing defect calms will be examined and verified by our quality control department.
* Last piece display items and clearance items are sold as is and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* Customized orders and mattresses will not exchange & refunded.
Home accessories Returns/Exchange
Home accessories items may exchange with 14 days of purchase date.*
Items returned must be in their original packing and in good condition. *
For hygienic reasons towels & pillows cannot be exchanged or refunded. *
DELIVERY POLICY
Albaghli offer you a convenient delivery and installation service on purchases except on the following
Areas in Kuwait
* Abdally
* Wafra
* Sabah Al-Ahmwd
* Al- Khairan
* Delivery will be schedule within 10 days of the date of purchase for furniture and within 60 days for the Customized items
* Albaghli Sponge Mfg. Co . May store your purchases for up to 21 days from purchases for furniture and Up to 60 days for customized. After this period a 10 kd fee for each additional week of storage is applicable.
* If a separate installation date is required, a 20kd fee for installation services will apply,
* Reschedule of delivery may possible at least 48hrs before your appointment by calling ___A 10kd
Rescheduling fee will apply if you miss the delivery for any reason.
* Display furniture or laser price items purchased will be scheduled for delivery within 48 hrs.
* Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
* Albaghli Sponge Mfg. Co. relinquishes all responsibilities for good purchased and not delivery within 6 week
* Please ensure the area is empty as the delivery team is not responsible for moving your old furniture.
* Kindly ensure the items will fit into your home as no refunds will be issued.
* For purchases over the value of 50kd the delivery will be free of charge and below amount is subject for 5KD delivery charge.
